Inhibit- (SMR)

Hold for 30-60 sec at trigger point

Perform 4-6 joint movements at trigger point

1. Levator scapulae

2. Pectoralis minor

3. Upper trapezius


Lengthen- (static/ NMS)

Hold for 30-60 seconds at max ROM

1. Pectoralis minor

2. Levator scapulae

3. Upper trapezius

Activate- (Isolated strengthening)

Perform 10-15 reps

Pace- 4|2|1

1. Serratus anterior

2. Lower Trapezius


Integrate- (dynamic)

Perform 10-15 reps CONTROLLED

1. Single leg RDL to PNF pattern
