Hybrid Athlete Training was created in 2019 with the sole purpose of creating easy to access, easy to understand fitness programs to get people moving. All of the programs utilize minimum equipment and each workout is 30 minutes or less.

The Hybrid Progression begins with building a strong  mobile, and symmetrical foundation in our FOUNDATION program, followed up by increasing strength and range of motion in the FUNCTIONAL program and building into power, speed and agility and more complex moves in the FIT PROGRAM. 


The Hybrid programs are all fully functional and focus on moving/ strengthening the body in all planes of motion to maximize the human body’s potential..
