Non Neutral Wrist Corrective 

Corrective Strategies:

Inhibit- (SMR)

Hold for 30-60 seconds at trigger point

Perform 4-6 joint movements at trigger point

1. Wrist flexors (restricted wrist extension)

2. Wrist extensors (restricted wrist flexion)


Lengthen- (static/ NMS)

Hold for 30-60 seconds at max ROM

1. Wrist flexors (restricted wrist extension)

2. Wrist extensors (restricted wrist flexion)

Activate- (Isolated strengthening)

Perform 10-15 reps

Pace- 4|2|1


1. Wrist flexors or wrist extensors


Integrate- (dynamic)

Perform 10-15 reps CONTROLLED
