Inhibit- (SMR)
Hold for 30-60 seconds at trigger point.
Perform 4-6 joint movements at trigger point
1. Cervical Extensors (suboccipitals)
2. Levator scapulae
3. Sternocleidomastoid
4. Upper trapezius
Lengthen- (static/ NMS)
Hold for 30-60 seconds at max ROM
1. Levator scapulae
2. Sternocleidomastoid
3. Upper trapezius
Activate- (Isolated strengthening)
Perform 10-15 reps
Pace-4|2|1
1. Incline dumbbell scaption
2. Quadruped chin tucks with stability ball
Integrate- (dynamic)
Perform 10-15 reps CONTROLLED
1. Ball combo 1
2. Squat to row
