Feet Turn Out Corrective 

Corrective Strategies:

Inhibit- (SMR)

Hold for 30-60 seconds at trigger point

Perform 4-6 reps of joint motion at trigger point

1. Biceps femoris

2. Gastrocnemius

3. Soleus

Lengthen- (static/ NMS)

Hold for 30 seconds at max ROM

1. Gastrocnemius

2. Biceps femoris (short head)

Activate- (Isolated strengthening)

Perform 10-15 reps

Pace- 4|2|1

1. Medial gastrocnemius

2. Medial hamstrings

Integrate- (dynamic)

10-15 reps CONTROLLED

1. Sagittal lunge to balance
