Ingredients

  • Egg whites (100ml) 
  • Kodiak Oats (½ cup)
  • Raspberries (70g) 
  • Pepitas (20g) 

Preparation

  1. Mix all contents into a microwave safe bowl in order - oats, pepitas, raspberries, egg whites
  2. Cook in microwave on high for 2 minutes
  3. Let cool and eat

Tips

If more sweetness is desired, top with a teaspoon of monk fruit.
