Ingredients
- 6 Jumbo uncooked, deveined shrimp
- 4 tbsp Unsweetened coconut shreds
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- 4 tbsp Coconut flour
- 1 egg
Preparation
- Mix up egg in one small dish and mix coconut shreds and coconut four in another dish
- Put coconut oil in pan and heat up on medium heat
- Dip shrimp in egg batter and then in the coconut mix until completely covered
- Place the battered shrimp in the pan and cook until golden brown / flip over and repeat on other side
- Let cool and serve

- Best mixed with a sweet chili mango sauce or pineapple jelly
