  • 6 Jumbo uncooked, deveined shrimp
  • 4 tbsp Unsweetened coconut shreds
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 4 tbsp Coconut flour
  • 1 egg


  1. Mix up egg in one small dish and mix coconut shreds and coconut four in another dish
  2. Put coconut oil in pan and heat up on medium heat
  3. Dip shrimp in egg batter and then in the coconut mix until completely covered
  4. Place the battered shrimp in the pan and cook until golden brown / flip over and repeat on other side 
  5. Let cool and serve 


  • Best mixed with a sweet chili mango sauce or pineapple jelly
